Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Yes. We are a UK company and we work in English with businesses across the UK and Europe. Most of our work is done remotely, by video call, email and messaging.
Why don’t you show prices?
Because every business is different. A one-page website for a new café and a full website with ongoing social media for a hotel are very different projects. Tell us what you need and we will send a clear, tailored quotation.
Can you take over a website we already have?
Often, yes. We will look at your current website first and tell you honestly whether it makes sense to maintain it, improve it or rebuild it.
Do I have to sign up for monthly support?
No. Some clients only need a website; others want us to look after everything every month. You choose.
Can you post on our social media for us?
Yes – planning, writing, images, posting and seasonal campaigns, in your voice. We agree the plan with you first, and you can see and approve content.
Who owns the website?
You do. Your domain, your content and your accounts stay yours.
